In the heart of Barcelona, super central location. Pleasant stay, and 15 minutes' stroll from the subway. Experienced, qualified staff towards all guests. Elegant ambience. Well-equipped rooms with hypo-allergenic pillows.

Also, location was brilliant and super, just a pleasant stroll away from Gothic Quarter Centre. The staff was welcoming & absolutely kind. The room we had included central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television.

The location of the hotel was perfect, in the heart of Barcelona. The airport was 12 miles away. The property staff was experienced and qualified. The room was well-equipped with a balcony and my experience was pleasant.

Great location, within walking distance of major attractions and a metro station nearby. Many shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel had a unique luxurious scent and a friendly staff. Complimentary champagne upon arrival and free unlimited water bottle refills throughout the day. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
The room was quite small, barely enough space to unpack luggage. The soundproofing was not effective, as noise from the reception and elevator could be heard.
